WHO can apply for an APC waiver code?
You can have access to an APC waiver code for publishing your paper in the PHM journal free of charge if:
1. You are a member of ECPHM:
− you are an active Resident, AND you have submitted your annual SER on time (before 31st of January of the current year); senior Residents can not have access to an APCW code; OR
− you are a Diplomate, AND you have paid your annual membership fee on time (before 31st of March of the current year).
2. You are part of one of the previous categories AND you are the first or the last author of the manuscript.
3. You meet the two previous criteria AND you have not applied for a waiver more than once in the same year.
HOW many APC waiver codes you might ask per year?
• Only two (2) APC waiver codes can be claimed annually by individual Resident or Diplomate.
HOW you can apply for an APC waiver code?
• If you meet the previous criteria, you can ask for an APC waiver code writing an email to the Treasurer of ECPHM (treasurer@ecphm.org). No one else (Editor in chief, Secretary, etc.) apart from the Treasurer can take decisions in this respect.
• The Treasurer will verify your eligibility and will provide you with the code and the instructions to use this during electronic submission process on the journal's website.
